E rattlingone faces familiar conflicts in their life. When Wemmick was setoff introduced to me, as the reader of the novel, Great Expectations, Wemmick was a very plodding character. He did non hold back often of a record at work. He did non smile very often and did not set out much of a sense of humor. One could say he was an unformed character, who was very shallow. As I continued reading, however, my perception of Wemmick came to a rising light. I realized he was having an internal conflict. He was not comfortable working with Jaggers, and all those criminals. Wemmick was scared of Jaggers, I think, and did not like his work. However, he needed the line of business and specie that came with it. He was also, I think, a bit pressured to keep the job in fear of what Jaggers might do if he quit.
